This agreement outlines the policies and procedures governing email communications sent by Southern Seoulutions Consulting, LLC (“SSC”) as part of its operational, compliance, and partner referral infrastructure.
SSC communicates exclusively in a business-to-business (B2B) capacity and does not engage in mass-market consumer marketing. All email correspondence is intended for partners, affiliates, or operational stakeholders.
This policy applies to all SSC-managed email communications, including but not limited to:
Operational updates
Referral notifications
Subscription platform notices
Contractual or invoicing communications
System alerts related to SSC-managed platforms
SSC obtains consent prior to sending any marketing or promotional emails. Acceptable forms of consent include:
Website form submissions or CRM entries
Referral-based engagement where the user has expressed interest
Contractual onboarding documentation that includes communication clauses
Transactional emails—such as service alerts or legal notices—are exempt from additional consent under applicable laws.
Recipients may opt out of non-essential email communications at any time via the unsubscribe link located in the footer of each message. Upon request:
Opt-out preferences are logged and enforced within 5 business days
SSC confirms the opt-out request via automated or manual response
Note: Transactional and compliance-mandated communications cannot be unsubscribed from if tied to active engagement or platform access.
SSC adheres to all major email communication regulations, including:
CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.)
GDPR (EU)
CASL (Canada)
We do not engage in deceptive subject lines, spoofing, or unauthorized third-party list usage.
