Southern Seoulutions Consulting, LLC (“SSC”) is committed to upholding the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all business data processed through its operational infrastructure. This policy governs how data is collected, managed, and protected across SSC's internal systems and affiliate platform environments.
SSC does not engage in consumer transactions. Its data protection responsibilities are limited to its role as an administrative and operational backbone supporting affiliated B2B entities.
This policy applies to all internal SSC systems, referral-based workflows, and backend digital environments where business contact or operational data is collected or processed. It excludes front-facing interactions managed by affiliated brands or third-party vendors.
SSC may collect and process the following types of business-related data:
Business contact information (e.g., names, phone numbers, email addresses)
Transactional or system interaction data
Platform analytics used solely for performance insights and service optimization
Sources of data include:
Direct partner communications, form submissions, referral records, CRM activity logs, and administrative reporting tools.
SSC does not collect or store sensitive personal data such as health, credit card, or government-issued ID numbers.
SSC employs robust security protocols to safeguard all data within its possession:
Encrypted data storage on restricted-access servers
Role-based access for authorized personnel only
Routine security assessments and threat detection scans
Data handling procedures aligned with cybersecurity and IT governance standards
Business data is retained for a standard period of five (5) years, unless contractually or legally required to retain for longer.
After the retention period:
Data is securely deleted or anonymized
No information is retained for archival, resale, or unauthorized secondary use
SSC complies with all relevant data protection regulations, including:
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (where applicable for EU interactions)
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
CAN-SPAM & electronic communication laws regarding opt-in, tracking, and consent
Data access, correction, and deletion requests will be honored as required by applicable law.
